Bill Marshall founded William Marshall & Co in 1989 after training and working with HM Revenue & Customs as an Inspector of Taxes. He worked with HMRC in Manchester, Cardiff, Warwickshire, London, and Pembrokeshire and consequently brought to the practice a wealth of technical experience and expertise.
He has a combined honours degree in history, politics, economics, law and business studies. He also holds a Master of Arts degree with distinction in medieval studies conferred by the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants, a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
His working life has been deeply involved with helping and advising small and medium size enterprises with issues concerning taxation, accountancy and management.

Lisa Colman, MAAT, who is a qualified accounting technician with considerable experience in industry and in general practice. Along with her accounting work as a certified Xero adviser, she oversees our clients' payroll and pensions auto-enrolment duties using BrightPay software.
